• ข้อมูลที่คุณเลือกส่งให้บริษัทเองเมื่อโทรศัพท์หรือส่งอีเมล เช่น ชื่อ ข้อมูลติดต่อ และเนื้อหาที่คุณแจ้งมา เว็บไซต์นี้ไม่มีแบบฟอร์มให้กรอกข้อมูล
• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์บันทึกโดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อมีการเข้าเว็บไซต์ เช่น หมายเลข IP วันเวลา หน้าที่เรียกดู และประเภทเบราว์เซอร์

Information you choose to give us by phone or email, such as your name, contact details and what you tell us (the website has no data-entry forms); technical data our server logs automatically on each visit, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type; and your language choice, which stays in your own browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.

We may share data, only as needed, with email and website-infrastructure providers, which may store data outside Thailand, and with authorities where the law requires. Cross-border transfers will be handled with safeguards required by applicable law. The home page loads Google Maps only when you choose to show it; Google may then receive technical data from your browser under Google’s privacy policy.

5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล / Retention

บันทึกการเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์ของเซิร์ฟเวอร์จะหมุนเวียนรายวันและเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 15 วัน ข้อมูลที่คุณส่งทางโทรศัพท์หรืออีเมลจะเก็บไว้จนกว่าบริษัทจะตอบหรือดำเนินการตามคำขอเสร็จสิ้น และอาจเก็บต่อเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดหรือจำเป็นต่อการใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย เมื่อพ้นเกณฑ์ดังกล่าว บริษัทจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้

Website server logs rotate daily and are retained for no more than 15 days. Information you provide by phone or email is retained until we have completed your request, and longer only where required by law or needed for legal claims. We then delete or anonymise the data.

6. สิทธิของคุณ / Your rights

ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่กฎหมายกำหนด คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงหรือขอรับสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขข้อมูล ขอลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ ขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูล คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมในกรณีที่การประมวลผลอาศัยความยินยอม รวมทั้งมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

Subject to the conditions set by law, you may ask to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete or anonymise it, restrict its use, object to processing, have it transferred, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
